At IJCRCST, we maintain a rapid yet rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review process to ensure that all published research meets the highest international academic standards. Discover our step-by-step workflow below.
Authors submit their formatted manuscript (in DOC/DOCX format) via our secure online submission portal. Upon successful submission, a unique Manuscript ID is generated and an acknowledgment email is sent to the corresponding author.
The Editorial Board conducts a preliminary evaluation to ensure the paper aligns with the journal's Aim & Scope. The manuscript is strictly scanned for plagiarism using advanced tools. Papers exceeding the 15% similarity index are rejected immediately.
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to at least two independent, expert reviewers in the relevant field. The process is double-blind, meaning both the reviewer and author identities are concealed to guarantee an unbiased, objective evaluation based solely on the research quality.
Based on reviewer feedback, the Editor-in-Chief makes a decision: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject. If revisions are required, the author is given a specific timeframe to address the reviewers' comments and submit the updated manuscript.
Once the revised manuscript satisfies all editorial and reviewer requirements, a formal Letter of Acceptance is issued. At this stage, authors are requested to complete the Article Processing Charge (APC) payment and submit the Copyright Form.
The manuscript undergoes final typesetting, formatting, and proofreading. The final PDF is then published online in the current issue. Following publication, the paper is submitted to major academic databases for indexing to maximize global visibility and citation potential.
